We believe quality home and care should be freely accessible to anyone who needs it. We started Wello Care because we understand there is a growing need for home care for disabled children and adults. We set out to create the highest quality homes with the most experienced, specialised carers.

We provide daily services that include meal preparation, hygiene care, cleaning, supervision, dressing, medication preparation and more. We strive ourselves on personalised tailored plans for all of our clients.

At Wello Care, Our Support Independent Living (SIL) providers are always one call away. Our Case Managers are here also to assist in any concerns in relation to your loved ones care plans. If you are unsure about the NDIS scheme or have any questions, please contact us here.

EXPERIENCED NURSES
All of our nurses have completed a Bachelor of Nursing & are equipped to handle all types of disabilities & conditions. Our team at Wello Care is trained and experienced in dealing with aged care, children care, disabilities, dementia care, mobility equipment & home care. Our Nurses & carers are selected because of their passion and dedication to servicing children & adults with disabilities.
QUALITY HOUSING
We believe quality home care should be available to everyone. At Wello Care we pride ourselves on quality housing and facilities for all individuals that choose to stay with us. Our homes are fitted with wheelchair ramps, handrails, and have minimal slopes and elevations. Our quality homes are fitted with appliances and are fully air conditioned.
GOVERNMENT FUNDED
At Wello Care we are an approved Support Independent Living (SIL) and Aged Care and National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider. This ensures our services are covered entirely by NDIS funds and home care packages. If you are unsure about this scheme and how it works contact us and let our team guide you through the process.
Wello Care is a registered NDIS service provider based in Sydney. Our in-home disability care services and other disability services help you to maximise your NDIS funds to get the individualised support and care you need for your disability.
